Location was great, around 4-6 minutes walk from pham ngu lao backpacker, staff was lovely though we didn't see much of them. We could see street from the window. The breakfast was tasty and the stay was great!

Hosts were affable, even gave us room with nice balcony. Even though the bed was uncomfortable, thoroughly enjoyed the location and the stay overall. Got a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the bathroom. There was air conditioning.

Tbh, rooms were smallish.

nice welcome from owner. if you try food at baba's kitchen, situated near the apartment, you'll definitely be satisfied. good access to mariamman temple. parking nearby was an extra bonus.
